Welcome to my shop, and thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies. If you have any questions regarding any of the following information, please contact me directly and I will clarify anything that may be unclear.

I think that customer service for any company - large or small - is critically important. If there is any aspect of your doing business with me that you think can be improved, please let me know. I value your opinion and want to make your shopping experience a positive one:)

Shipping details

I ship worldwide! Please refer to the appropriate section below for the shipping policies that apply to you. I try very hard to ship the next business day; however, there may be times when it takes up to 3 business days after full payment is received to process your order.

All orders are packaged either in a bubble pack envelope, or in a box with bubble wrap to protect and secure your items from shifting that would cause damage during shipment.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their shipping details are correct. Lost packages or additional shipping costs for packages with the incorrect address given by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

All overpayments of $2 or more on shipping and handling are refunded when your order is shipped.

Canadian Customers:
All orders weighing less than 500g that are not thicker than 2cm shipping within Canada ship via Canada Post Lettermail, unless otherwise noted in the item description. A package sent via Lettermail within Canada typically takes between 2 to 4 business days to reach its destination; however this delivery schedule is not guaranteed. Items shipping to remote locations may also exceed this schedule. No tracking information is available for this service.

All shipping quotes include the cost of shipping and packaging materials. Note that Canada Post shipping rates for packages weighing over 500g varies significantly depending on their destination within Canada. Therefore, under these circumstances, I will provide quotes for the shipping options available, and issue a PayPal invoice for any additional shipping costs based on your preference.

All shipping weights are included in the item description, and it is assumed that the customer accepts the responsibility for any additional shipping charges for packages weighing over 500g. If the customer fails to confirm the total weight of their order before placing it, and requests a refund due to excessive shipping costs, a refund will be granted less any PayPal transaction fees.

Canadian customers can upgrade the shipping method on any order to XpressPost or Priority, both of which offer package tracking and a delivery guarantee. Guaranteed delivery times for orders shipped via XpressPost or Priority is between 1 to 3 business days. If the delivery time is not achieved, shipping costs will be refunded, less any PayPal transaction fees.

To upgrade your shipping option, please leave a comment in the "message to seller" while checking out and I will send you a revised invoice.

Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays not guaranteed by Canada Post and/or due to labour disputes, bad weather, peak holidays and other unforeseen events for orders shipped via Lettermail. Therefore, I am not able to guarantee the date of delivery.

US Customers:
All orders weighing less than 250g (1/2lb) with packaging no thicker than 20mm (3/4") and shipping to the US ship via Canada Post Light Packet Airmail, unless otherwise noted in the item description. A package sent via Light Packet to the US typically takes between 4 to 6 business days to reach its destination; however, this delivery schedule is not guaranteed. No tracking information is available for this service, and no coverage for lost or damaged items is included.

All orders weighing between 250g (1/2lb) and 1kg (2lbs) shipping to the US ship via Canada Post Small Packet Airmail. A package sent via Small Packet Airmail to the US typically takes between 5 to 8 business days to US addresses; however, this delivery schedule is not guaranteed. No tracking information is available for this service, and no coverage for lost or damaged items is included.

All shipping quotes include the cost of shipping, taxes, and packaging materials. Note that Canada Post shipping rates for oversized packages and packages weighing over 500g (1lb) varies significantly depending on the destination within the US. Tracking information and coverage for lost or damaged items up to a value of $100 is included. At the request of the customer, additional coverage up to a value of $1000 is available for an additional cost ($2.05 per $100 of coverage).

American customers can upgrade the shipping method of oversized packages to XpressPost, with guaranteed delivery times between 2 to 3 business days to reach its destination. Tracking information and coverage for lost or damaged items up to a value of $100 is included. At the request of the customer, additional coverage up to a value of $1000 is available for an additional cost ($2.05 per $100 of coverage).

Refunds, returns & exchanges

The scale and/or measurements of all items are clearly shown or given in the item photos or description, and all of the items pictured are accurately represented. Please ensure you check the item description and confirm your total order weight, as described in the shipping information section above before you place an order.

Items damaged due to improper handling and/or lost items will be replaced free of charge, up to and including the value insured when choosing a shipping option. Any items damaged due to improper packaging with be either replaced free of charge, or fully refunded. Photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided in order to receive this coverage.

Items not arriving within delivery times guaranteed by Canada Post will have the shipping charges (not including packaging and handling costs) refunded, less any PayPal transaction fees.

Unfortunately, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for digital downloads.

If there are any other problems with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me so that I can help to resolve the problem. Exchanges and refunds (in store credit only) are possible, within 10 business days of receipt of the item(s). Exchanges and/or store credits will be granted only after the returned item is received.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responibility of the customer returning the items, unless there is clearly a mistake on my part (e.g. wrong item).

I strive to provide you with the best prices I can for the products in my store, and would not be able to do this without these policies in place.

Additional information

I am now required to collect GST/HST and PST from all of my Canadian customers.

PayPal is the only method of payment accepted at this time. All orders that are not paid within 24 hours of being placed are subject to cancellation.
